About Fyrna

Fyrna is a London-based education technology company. We believe every student learns differently, and the one-size-fits-all classroom leaves too many students bored or overwhelmed. We're building the tools to change that.

Our first product, Shard, is a personalised study engine for high school students, starting with the IB. It plans each student's study, teaches new topics through interactive, multimodal lessons, and guides them from first exposure all the way to final revision, grounded in their real syllabus.

Shard learns from how each student works: the mistakes they repeat, the explanations that land, the pace that suits them. The more a student uses it, the more personalised the experience becomes.

We work alongside teachers. By taking the busywork off their plate and showing where each student is struggling, we give teachers back the time and energy for the part of teaching that matters most: caring for each individual student.
